Acai Bowl

Acai Bowl

Rule = 1 part liquid to 1 part frozen



  • 2 Amazonia Frozen Acai Pack
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 small handful almonds (blanched, without husk)
  • 1 banana


  • pineapple, kiwi fruit, strawberries, blueberries, chia seeds, shredded coconut


  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix 0.9L container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select Variable 1. Turn the machine on and quickly increase the speed to 10, then override to High.
  3. Use the tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades whilst processing.
  4. Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.


  • Do not over-mix or the smoothie mixture will begin to melt.
