How are you going guys it’s Tommy here from Raw Blend. Now I know that you all love chocolate fondue at Christmas time but today I’m going to put a little bit of a healthy spin on it. I’m going to make you a chocolate cherry fondue and I’m going to use some cashew cream as the base.

So a pretty simple to do. I’m going to put in 2/3 of a cup of water. In it goes. I’m going to put 1 cup of raw cashews. In they go. I’ve got about ten cherries, fresh cherries without the pits. In they go. And just one block of dark chocolate, any sort of chocolate that you like. You can use raw chocolate as well, beautiful. There’s some dark chocolate here. And I’m going to put in a little bit of fresh coconut as well. It’s probably about one teaspoon there of shredded coconut.

So I’ll lock the lid into place. I’m going to start it on slow speed and work it up to ten, then I’ll get it up on the high speed. I’m going to use my tamper as well. Away we go.

Beautiful. Are you ready for this? Watch this steam come out of here. I’ve let that run for about three minutes, get it nice and hot for you. Look at that. Amazing, right? That’s just the friction coming off the blade. And I’ve got these beautiful, delicious cherry chocolate, a little bit of coconut in there as well, with cashew cream. All healthy, a little bit thicker than normal. You can add a little bit more water in there if you like just to thin it out some more. Look at that. Absolutely beautiful. You’re going to love that. I’m going to try some right now. It’s going to be nice and hot, that’s for sure. Amazing. Merry Christmas!
