Chocolate Topping

Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 cup cacao butter (melt and measured after melting)
- 3/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 3/4 cup raw agave nectar or liquid sweetener or choice
Optional
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
Method
- Cut raw cacao butter into small chunks. Melt over warm water or in the dehydrator.
- Stir remaining ingredients into melted cacao butter. Whisk until smooth. If it starts to cool down just place it over a low heat again.
