Cinnamon Scroll Green Smoothie

For a delicious breakfast smoothie try the Cinnamon Scroll Green Smoothie. It's a nutritious raw food recipe that's easy to make in your Vitamix Blender.

  • 1 handful spinach or kale
  • 2 bananas (frozen)
  • 1 green apple (cored)
  • 6 dates (pitted)
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey
  • 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup nut milk (I use homemade almond milk)
  • 3/4 cup water 
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup Brazil nuts


  • 1-2 cups ice (add as desired)
  • decorate the inside of your glass with black strap molasses streaks.


  1. Pour all the liquids into your blender.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend on low speed and increase to high speed until smooth.
  4. Serve in a mason jar for that rustic feel and sprinkle extra cinnamon on top.
