Olive Spinach Tapenade

Makes: about 1 1/2 Cups

Serves: 2-8

Olive Spinach Tapenade



  • 1 ¼ cup pitted olives (we used pitted Kalamata’s soaked in oil from a deli)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 small garlic cloves
  • Himalayan salt and pepper to taste


  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix 2L container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select Variable 1 and pulse on and off about 10 times.
  3. Turn the Variable speed up to 3 and blend until it forms a nice chunky tapenade
  4. You may need to use your tamper to help form the 4 peaks.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.
