- 3 cups filtered water
- 1 cup brown rice (soaked and cooked)
- 2-4 Medjool dates (pitted)
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
- Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
