- 2 cups of raw cashew – soaked over night
- 3/4 can of coconut cream – Nakula brand is my preference
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
- Salt to taste
- Juice of a lime
- Place all the ingredients into a personal blender and blend thoroughly.
- Add more cream or a dash of water if you need to make it flow better.
