A healthier spin on traditional toffee apples for Halloween time or for when you’re just really feeling like a toffee apple!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Medjool dates (pitted, soaked for 24 hours)
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- dash sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 3-4 apples (depending on their size)
Method
- Place all the ingredients into your Vitamix container (except for the apples) and secure your lid. Start with only 1/4 of your almond milk and add more if you find it is still to thick for dipping your apples into.
- Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Use tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
- Blend for 60-90 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
- Insert a popsicle stick or a wooden skewer into the middle of your apples and dip into the caramel sauce.
- Refrigerate your apples until the caramel solidifies.
