Shop Vitamix by Region
- 1 ¼ cup pitted olives (we used pitted Kalamata’s soaked in oil from a deli)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 small garlic cloves
- Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
- Put all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select speed 1 and pulse on and off about 10 times.
- Increase speed to 3 and blend until it forms a nice chunky tapenade.
- You may need to use your tamper to help.
- Stop the machine and serve.
