Olive Spinach Tapenade Submitted by Claire Walters - Raw Blend


  • 1 ¼ cup pitted olives (we used pitted Kalamata’s soaked in oil from a deli)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 small garlic cloves
  • Himalayan salt and pepper to taste


  1. Put all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select speed 1 and pulse on and off about 10 times.
  3. Increase speed to 3 and blend until it forms a nice chunky tapenade.
  4. You may need to use your tamper to help.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.
