PawPaw Summer Smoothie Submitted by Monique - Raw Blend

This new summer smoothie recipe is the perfect blend of fresh fruits. It’s tasty, nutritious, and makes you feel like you’re on holidays.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pawpaw
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (frozen)
  • 100ml-200ml water or plant-based milk
  • 1 cup of ice

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to high speed.
  3. Use the tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades whilst processing.
  4. Blend for 50 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.
