Summer Days Smoothie Bowl Submitted by Tommy - Raw Blend

A summer smoothie bowl full of good nutrition from fresh summer fruits including delicious mango and peaches. Smoothie Bowls are easy to make in your Vitamix & the perfect healthy way to start your day!


  • 2 cups frozen mango (pitted)
  • 2 peaches (pitted)
  • 1 large handful baby spinach leaves
  • 1 small handful mint
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice (add more ice if required)


  1. Add all the ingredients into your Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2.  Turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Use the tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades whilst processing.
  4. Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.
