Super Green Fruity Smoothie



  • 1 can organic coconut cream/water
  • 1 organic pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp supergreens and reds
  • 1-2 bananas (frozen/chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 150g baby spinach
  • handful parsley
  • 4 Tbsp greek yoghurt


  1. Prepare all fruit and veg by washing thoroughly and chopping.
  2. Put banana, pineapple, coconut cream or water in the freezer for 1 hour or overnight if having it first thing in the morning.
  3. Start by blending the coconut water/milk with spinach and parsley then add yoghurt, banana, pineapple, super greens and reds and chia seeds.
  4. Blend on the smoothie setting.
