International Shipping

We offer international shipping on selected products to the following countries: New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Fiji, Philippines, Tonga, Solomon Islands and New Caledonia only. We may ship to other countries upon email request. All prices on www.rawblend.com.au are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and all orders will be charged in AUD. Foreign transaction fees may be incurred by your bank.

Product Exclusions

We are unable to ship some products internationally due to distributor agreements or shipping parameters.

New Zealand – we DO NOT ship Bench Top Water Filters or BenchFood Dehydrators.
Singapore – we DO NOT ship Kuvings Juicers, BenchFood Dehydrators or Bench Top Water Filters. If these items are ordered they will be refunded.
Indonesia – we DO NOT ship Kuvings Juicers, BenchFood Dehydrators or Bench Top Water Filters. If these items are ordered they will be refunded.
Malaysia – we DO NOT ship Kuvings Juicers, BenchFood Dehydrators or Bench Top Water Filters. If these items are ordered they will be refunded.
Fiji – we DO NOT ship Kuvings Juicers, BenchFood Dehydrators or Bench Top Water Filters. If these items are ordered they will be refunded.
Philippines – we DO NOT ship Kuvings Juicers, BenchFood Dehydrators or Bench Top Water Filters. If these items are ordered they will be refunded.
New Caledonia – we DO NOT ship Kuvings Juicers, BenchFood Dehydrators or Bench Top Water Filters. If these items are ordered they will be refunded.

Please note: if we need to refund your order due to ordering a product that is not available to ship to your country, you will not be refunded our payment merchant fees, as they are not refunded by our merchants.

Carrier Service

We despatch all international orders with Australia Post International Standard or Express (both registered services with tracking and signature on delivery).  Your order will be despatched within our normal time frames (1 to 2 business days).

Shipping Cost & Delivery Times

International shipping costs are calculated by the destination country and the total weight of your order. To estimate shipping costs and delivery times to your destination, add the desired products to the cart, continue to checkout, enter your contact information and shipping details including your country and postcode, continue to the shipping method, and you will see the shipping options displayed. GST – Goods & Service Tax

10% GST (currently payable in Australia) is automatically removed from the purchase price of your products for overseas orders, this is reflected in the shopping cart.

Customs, Duties & Fees

Prices do not include relevant overseas customs/import duties, foreign taxes, or other fees, which may be imposed, and this is solely the responsibility of the customer. We will not be held responsible for any additional charges on your international order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Your parcel may be abandoned if you refuse to pay these charges. We will not be held responsible for any loss of funds because of this occurrence.

Warranty & Returns

Most products sold on our website are covered by the relevant Australian warranty only. There is no international warranty, except for the following products:

  1. Tribest products including Sedona Dehydrators, Greenstar Juicers, Tribest DynaPro and Personal Blender models, are valid in New Zealand only (not Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Fiji, Philippines, Tonga, Solomon Islands or New Caledonia). Shipping costs are not covered under warranty.
  2. Vitamix Household warranties are valid in New Zealand only (not Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Fiji, Philippines, Tonga, Solomon Islands or New Caledonia).
  3. Vitamix for Business warranties are valid in New Zealand only (not Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Fiji, Philippines, Tonga, Solomon Islands or New Caledonia) a 3-year warranty on parts, no warranty on labour and shipping costs are not covered under warranty. If the product is taken outside of the normal warranty zone then the warranty is classed as void by the manufacturer.

We do not accept international returns or offer refunds on any products and will not be held responsible where a customer has made an incorrect choice regarding a product.

In the unlikely event, a product is faulty on arrival and needs to be returned to Raw Blend Australia, or if a replacement part/product needs to be sent internationally, then the customer is solely responsible for the cost of shipping (two-way) and any associated fees.

Transit Cover / Damaged in Transit

All international orders include transit cover in the shipping price. In the unlikely event, there are any items that are missing or that arrive broken or faulty, we must be notified in writing by email [email protected] with photographic or video evidence, within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
