Terms of Use

Customers should note that while shopping online with Raw Blend Pty Ltd they are subject to governing Terms & Conditions below, which should be reviewed before any orders are placed. These Terms & Conditions exist without exception, and customers should recognise them as part of their agreement to use the Raw Blend Pty Ltd website. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the given Terms & Conditions without notice, and as such, ask that customers review them each time they use Raw Blend Pty Ltd.


Product Images, Descriptions & Information

Raw Blend Pty Ltd has done its best to ensure images of our product range are accurate depictions of the actual product, however we do not guarantee it. The descriptions and information supplied is true to the real product at time of website publication, and Raw Blend Pty Ltd reserves the right to make corrections to errors and omissions. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars, including relevant GST. Please note that prices and bonus offers are available only while stock lasts. Customers should assume accessories are not included unless otherwise stated.


Payment Details

When you place an order online with Raw Blend you will receive an immediate confirmation email with your order details. If, for any reason, Raw Blend doesn’t have the product you ordered in stock, we will contact you immediately to offer a refund or to let you know how long till stock arrives and create a back order. When you receive your order, if there are any problems/faults with a product/order (including missing items) the Customer Service Department must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

We accept payment by:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card VISA, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX online orders only)
  • EFT Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit (Account Name: Raw Blend Pty Ltd. Bank: St George. BSB: 114 879. Account number: 420 193 363). Please quote your name as reference with payment. Please email Raw Blend customer service to notify us of payment and order details (eg. colour of choice for Vitamix). For Electronic Funds Transfer, orders will be processed once the funds arrive in the Raw Blend account.
  • Cheque or Money Order (Make cheques or money orders payable to Raw Blend Pty Ltd and include your full name, delivery address, email and telephone number. Please also include a copy of your driver’s license. Personal cheques issued by Australian banks in Australian currency are subjected to 5 business day’s clearance. Your item will be dispatched as soon as the funds clear.)
  • ZipPay (see below)
  • Afterpay (see below)


Buy Now, Pay Later

We offer both AfterPay and ZipPay payment plan options. Please note only valid for Australian customers, not available to New Zealand customers.

Afterpay has a $1000 credit limit for credit cards and $500 for debit cards. The maximum order value through Afterpay is $1000. MORE INFO...

ZipPay has a $1500 credit limit (interest free always). There is a $0 establishment fee and a $6/month account keeping fee which waived if you have no balance. Minimum repayments are $40 a month but can be paid off as quickly as you like. There is no maximum order value for ZipPay but for any orders over $1500 the balance can be paid up front through ZipPay (using a credit card). 

ZipMoney offers up to $5000 credit (interest free for 3 months, after 3 months charged at 19.9% per annum calculated daily and charged at the end of each month). There is a $0-$99 establishment fee and $6/month account keeping fee which waived if you have no balance. Minimum repayments are starting from $40 a month but can be paid off as quickly as you like. ZipMoney is a little more involved then ZipPay when signing up (ZipMoney takes less then 5 minutes and ZipPay takes less then 2 minutes).

Please note: if ordering through AfterPay and you wish to return/refund your order you will not be reimbursed the merchant fees (0.30c + 6.7% of the transaction cost) as they are not refunded by AfterPay.


Returns/Exchanges Policy

If you are unhappy with any of your purchases we will gladly exchange or refund any new (unused & undamaged) products within 30 days of the purchase transaction. Please note an admin/restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be incurred for returns, no fee will be incurred for exchanges or if the return is for warranty or repair reasons.  

Please note the product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging (without writing on the box, must be packaged in a separate master box) and is submitted with proof of purchase. We will not reimburse shipping charges and customers returning products do so at their own cost and risk (we recommend taking out shipping insurance and will not be held responsible for lost returns). If returning a product please include a note explaining the reason for the product return along with your contact details.

Any items that are missing or that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. For items that arrive broken or damaged, please email us a photograph and your order details within 7 days at info@rawblend.com.au and the item will be promptly replaced.

Please note we will not accept returns or offer refunds on any used products and will not be held responsible where a customer has made an incorrect choice regarding a product.

Shipping Details

We ship to Australia & New Zealand only (we can ship specific products to other countries upon email request):

  • For Australian customers there is a $12.50 flat rate per order (please note: some specific products have a fixed shipping cost). Shipping insurance is included free of charge for Australian orders.
  • New Zealand shipping costs are calculated at checkout by order weight. Please note: we do not ship Food Dehydrators, Greenstar Elite Juicers, Vitamix For Business Blenders & Water Filters (bench top) to New Zealand. If these items are ordered they will be refunded. Shipping Insurance is optional (and recommended) for New Zealand orders including Vitamix For Home blenders and parts. If your order value is over $500 we will contact you to see if you wish to take out shipping insurance. If you wish to take out insurance on orders under $500 please contact customer service. Raw Blend WILL NOT be held responsible for lost or damaged in transit New Zealand orders.

For Australian orders we ship with Fastway Couriers and eParcel (Australia Post):

  • We utilise Fastway Couriers for delivery to home and workplace addresses (not PO Boxes). If you are not at the designated delivery location when the Fastway driver arrives, they will leave a card in your mailbox. You will need to call Fastway to arrange a re delivery time.
  • We utilise eParcel for delivery to PO Boxes, rural areas and if requested in the order comments at checkout. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.
  • We offer Express Post services if required for that special occasion. Please contact customer service for a quote.

New Zealand orders will be shipped by eParcel (Express Courier International) or by Fastway International.

All customers will recieve a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped (which is usually late afternoon when our couriers arrive) so you can track your order.

If you instruct 'Authority to Leave' on your order we will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen goods. 

Order Pickup: Items may be picked up and paid for at our office/warehouse: Unit 10, 176 Bluestone Circuit, Seventeen Mile Rocks 4073 Brisbane Australia. We have a showroom with most products on display.


Delivery Times

When your order has been processed and payment received, your order will be dispatched as soon as we possibly can. This will normally be the same day or next business day (please note: we are not open weekends).

Please see below for estimated delivery times:

  • NSW and QLD Metropolitan customers: Allow 1-3 business days delivery from time of dispatch
  • VIC, SA and ACT Metropolitan customers: Allow 1-5 business days delivery from time of dispatch
  • WA and NT Metropolitan customers: Allow 5-10 business days delivery from time of dispatch
  • TAS Metropolitan customers: Allow 3-7 business days delivery from time of dispatch
  • New Zealand: 2-3 days (providing the order does not get held up in customs)
  • Rural customers: Delivery times may exceed the above guidelines

Privacy Policy

We won't sell or disclose your details to anyone. Everything we do, we do openly, honestly and with upmost integrity.

Our web page does not record any information about you other than what is volunteered by you, and your IP address for order security. If you choose to supply us with your email address it will be stored for purposes of supplying you with requested information, improving our content, notifying you of updates to the web page and relevant information. We do not sell or rent any of your details to anyone and you may choose to be removed from our mailing list at any time by following instructions at the bottom of all automated correspondence or by notifying us.

If you supply us with your postal address online you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. If you supply us with your telephone number(s) online will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders placed online or information requested. We do not partner with any ad server companies trying to sell you anything. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated Raw Blend uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our website periodically.
