Video Blog: Articado Dip

G’day guys! It’s Tommy here from Raw Blend. Today I am going to be making for you my brand new dip which contains avocado and artichoke. So in other words… *drumroll… My Articado Dip! Made in none other than the NEW Vitamix Ascent Series 3500i.

Articado Dip

Makes – 800mls
Serves – 2 to 8 people

Ingredients

• 2 ripe avocados (peeled)
• 1 jar artichokes (drained)
• 2 jalapenos (seeded)
• 2 limes (zested and juiced)
• 1 handful spinach
• 1 small handful coriander
• 1 garlic clove (peeled)
• 1 medjool date (pitted)
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper

Method

1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Select Variable 1. Turn the machine on and increase the speed to 6.
3. Use tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
4. Blend for 30 seconds until desired consistency is reached.
5. Stop the machine and serve.
