  • How long do the filters last?

    It depends on the model and your water. The BIO 1000 filter set lasts up to 12,000 litres or 4 years, while the MyWaterJug and Waterman cartridges last up to 3 months. You'll find every replacement set in replacement filters.

  • Do Waters Co filters remove fluoride?

    Yes. The BIO bench top filters reduce fluoride by up to 99% with a special ion exchange and carbon compound, and the AceBio+ jug, MyWaterJug and Waterman filter out up to 99% of chlorine, fluoride, heavy metals, chemicals and bacteria.

  • Do they need plumbing or power?

    The bench top filters and jugs don't: fill them from the tap and gravity does the rest. The BioMax under sink filter connects to your plumbing.

  • What is alkaline mineral water?

    As the water passes through the mineral stages it picks up natural trace minerals, and water from the BIO 1000 has a pH of about 7.6 to 8.5, which is slightly alkaline.
