Video Blog: Heart Smart Juice Recipe

G’day guys! Tommy here from Raw Blend! Today I’m going to make for you a brand new recipe. This is my Heart Smart Juice which I’m going to be making in the Greenstar Elite Juicer by Tribest. I absolutely love using this juicer so I’m going to show you how it works 

I absolutely love Beetroot and ginger and know that you are going to love this Juice recipe.

Heart Smart Juice

Makes – 1L
Serves – 2 people

Ingredients 

• ½ kg carrots (whole)
• 1 bunch celery (with leaves)
• 3 beetroots (peeled)
• 1 lemon (peeled, with seeds)
• 2 apples (with peel and seeds)
• 1 small knob ginger
• 1 small knob turmeric

Method 

1. Cut the ingredients to the appropriate juicing size
2. Turn on Greenstar Elite Juicer and push the ingredients into the feeding tube
3. Use the tamper to push the ingredients into the twin gears
4. Alternate the ingredients as you juice (beets then apple then celery etc.)
5. When you have finished juicing serve and enjoy
