Video Recipe – Strawberry Vinaigrette

Delicious. Simple. Healthy! It’s always salad dressing that hide hidden nasties so make sure you get the good stuff! Making your own is even better!

Strawberry Vinaigrette

Makes – 400ml to 500ml
Serves – 6+

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1/2 garlic clove (peeled)
• 4 chives
• 2 fresh basil leaves
• 2 fresh mint leaves
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 200g strawberries (stemmed)

Optional

• For salad – mixed salad leaves, strawberries, walnuts, vegan feta

Method

1. Add all ingredients to the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Select drinks setting, or blend for 30 seconds on high speed.
3. Stop the machine and serve.
