Method

Tap a number to tick off each step

  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.

  2. Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to high speed.

  3. Use the tamper effectively to press the ingredients into the blades.

  4. Continue to use the tamper whilst blending for 3 minutes or until steaming hot.

  5. Stop the machine and serve.
