Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.

  2. Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to high speed.

  3. Use the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades if required.

  4. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until smooth.

  5. Stop the machine and dress up your favourite salad.
