Cold Press Juicers

4.98 from 58 reviews

We offer the finest selection of juicers designed to maximize the nutritional benefits of your fresh produce. Cold press juicers, also known as slow juicers, are the gold standard for extracting juice while preserving essential nutrients and enzymes. We feature the renowned Greenstar juicers, which are widely acclaimed as the best cold press juicers available on the market.

Greenstar juicers operate at a gentle 120 RPM, ensuring a slow and steady extraction process that minimizes heat and oxidation. This cold pressing method is superior to centrifugal or fast juicers, which can destroy vital enzymes and nutrients due to their high-speed operation and heat generation. By slowly pressing and masticating your fruits and vegetables, Greenstar juicers produce juice with higher nutritional value and a richer taste. Enjoy the benefits of fresh, nutrient-dense juice with our Greenstar range, and experience the unparalleled quality and efficiency of cold press juicing.

Choosing a cold press juicer
A cold press juicer, also called a slow juicer, presses fruit and vegetables instead of spinning them at high speed. Our range covers two main designs. Twin gear juicers such as the Greenstar 5 and Greenstar Elite press produce between two interlocking gears. Vertical single auger juicers such as the Kuvings AUTO10, REVO830, C8000 and EVO820 feed from the top. The Z Star Manual Cold Press Juicer is turned by hand and needs no power.

For cafes and juice bars, the commercial cold press juicers we sell are the Kuvings CS600 Chef and Master Chef CS700, the Ceado Commercial Cold Press Juicer, the Santos Nutrisantos 65V2 and the Zumex MASTERY Industrial Cold Press Multifruit Extractor. You can also browse all household juicers, all commercial juicers or our full juicer range.

Cold press or centrifugal?

A centrifugal juicer shreds produce against a fast spinning basket. It is quick, but the speed makes heat and froth, the juice separates within the hour, and leafy greens mostly pass straight through. A cold press (slow) juicer crushes and then presses the produce at low speed instead, so you get more juice from the same bag of vegetables, greens and wheatgrass juice properly, and a juice that keeps for up to 72 hours in the fridge.

The Greenstar twin gear juicers are the best of this kind we have found in 15 years of selling juicers: two stainless steel gears that crush, mix and press in one pass, with a dry pulp at the end.

Leah, Tommy and Tom Nicholas in the Raw Blend kitchen
Family owned since 1995
welcome to Raw Blend

A family that lives this stuff

It all started in 1995, when our founder Tom Nicholas spotted a Vitamix at a home trade fair in Houston, Texas, and raced one home to his wife Leah and son Tommy. Over 30 years later we're still a family business, and still the Original Vitamix Dealers in Australia.

Everything we sell is something we use in our own kitchen, and our team is always happy to help you choose.

  • Twin gear or slow juicer: what's the difference?

Both are slow, cold press juicers: they turn slowly (under 200 RPM), so very little heat is made and more of the goodness stays in your juice.

A twin gear juicer like the Greenstar presses produce between two interlocking gears (the Greenstar Elite turns at 110 RPM) and is at its best with leafy greens, celery and wheatgrass. A vertical slow juicer uses a single auger and stands upright, so it takes less bench space and is quick for everyday fruit and vegetable juices.

  • Slow juicer or centrifugal juicer?

A slow (masticating) juicer presses the juice out with a slowly turning screw or gears. You get a higher yield and more nutrient-dense juice, and it runs quietly. A centrifugal juicer spins sharp blades very fast: it's quicker, but louder, and the heat and air make a frothier juice. That's why busy cafés often use centrifugal juicers, and we recommend a slow juicer for home.

  • How long will my juice keep?

In the fridge, in a sealed glass jar: usually up to 24 hours from a centrifugal juicer, and up to 72 hours from a slow juicer, whose juice keeps more of its antioxidants and enzymes.
