Video Blog: Choc Mint Mousse

This week i want to share with you a decadent delicious dessert, our Choc Mint Mousse. You will love making this recipe at home. It is so simple and so quick to make and it tastes absolutely delicious.

This recipe uses Avocado, which is rich in antioxidants including Vitamin E to  help to nourish our skin and is full of health fats and mint is such a great flavour for the warmer weather, not only is it refreshing but it goes perfect with chocolate.

Equipment

• Vitamix 2L wet container

Ingredients

• 2 avocado
• 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
• 1 Tbsp raw organic honey
• 5 dates
• handful mint leaves
• tsp Himalayan rock salt
• tsp cinnamon

Method

1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix 2L container in the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Select Variable 1. Turn the machine on and quickly increase the speed to 10, then override to High.
3. Use the tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades whilst processing.
4. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
5. Stop the machine. Serve into desired containers and let the mousse set in the fridge for an hour.
