Video Recipe – Co-Woah Chocolate Ice Cream

I scream! You scream! We all scream for Ice Cream! Delicious. Decadent. Cooling. Sweet and VEGAN! Don’t wait any longer to give this one a go! If you’re not into Cacao you could use Carob Powder or Cocoa Powder. It’s totally up to you and your taste buds! 

Co-Woah Chocolate Ice Cream

Makes – 1L
Serves – 4 people

Ingredients

  • Premium coconut cream (enough to just cover blades)
  • 3 large medjool dates (pitted)
  • 2 Tbsp raw cacao Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Canadian maple syrup
  • Dash of rock salt
  • 3 cups ice

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select Variable 1. Turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Use the tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades whilst processing.
  4. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.
