Blend until smooth.

Transfer to a bowl and let it thicken in the fridge.

Roll the mixture between two sheets of baking paper and cut out circle shapes and set in the freezer for about 20 minutes.

Blend until smooth and transfer to a large bowl.

Add your marshmallow mixture to a piping bag and pipe onto one side of the biscuit only leaving a well in the centre.

Add the chia jam to the centre.

Add the other side of the biscuit and sandwich together gently.

Dip in chocolate and once you have done this too all of them set them in the freezer for about half an hour.
