Dehydrated Minty Pineapple Submitted by Tommy - Raw Blend

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pineapple
  • fresh mint

Method

  1. Slice up pineapple into thin slices, and cut out core (optional).
  2. Thinly chop mint.
  3. Spread out pineapple, and sprinkle desired amount of mint.
  4. Dehydrate at 65 degrees Celsius for 2 hours then dehydrate at 50 degrees for around 12-18 hours.
  5. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Thicker pineapple slices may need up to 30 hours dehydration time.
