We ship to Australia, New Zealand and Singapore only (we may ship specific products to other countries upon email request):

Australian shipping costs are calculated at the order checkout by weight and location, some products have a fixed shipping cost or free shipping. Shipping insurance is included free of charge.

For Australian orders we ship with eParcel (Australia Post):

Our eParcel service is a registered, trackable and fully insured service with signature on delivery.
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been dispatched. If you are not present at the designated delivery location when the driver arrives, they will leave a card informing you to collect the parcel from your local post office within 14 days. Failure to collect the parcel within this timeframe will result in it being returned to the sender. Please note that Australia Post charges a $15 return fee, which we will unfortunately have to pass on to the customer.
We can send to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Points.
We offer Express Post services if required for that special occasion.
To authorise the driver to leave the parcel at the premises without being signed for you must write in the Order Comments ‘Authority to Leave Granted’ (by doing so you accept sole responsibility for any damage or theft that may arise).

Order Pickup / Click & Collect

At the online order checkout (Delivery Method) you can select “Pick up” from our Raw Blend Brisbane Warehouse located at: 10/176 Bluestone Circuit, Seventeen Mile Rocks QLD. When you arrive at the warehouse press the buzzer at the warehouse door to collect your order.

Items may be also be paid for and picked up at our Brisbane office/warehouse at: 10/176 Bluestone Circuit, Seventeen Mile Rocks QLD. We have a showroom with our core products on display.

When your order has been processed and payment received, your order will usually be dispatched the same day or next business day (please note: we are not open weekends).
