You can easily make Almond butter in your Greenstar Elite Juicer. Give this one a go if you want a delicious nut butter that’s vegan friendly.
Ingredients
- roasted almonds
- coconut oil (melted)
Method
- Use the blank screen and turn your juicer on.
- Feed the almonds and oil into the juicer chute. Use juicer tamper to push the almonds through.
- Once nut butter is made, store in a sealed jar in the fridge.

Thank you for this- I just got a cold press juicer and I am so excited to do stuff like this! Wondering about the shelf life of this kind of stuff? I know the juices only last 3 days at the most, but will nut butters like this last much longer, and do they need to be refrigerated.

Nut butters will last a lot longer. It’s best to keep your almond butter in a airtight jar in the fridge for around 2 weeks 🙂
