Almond Butter in a Juicer

You can easily make Almond butter in your Greenstar Elite Juicer. Give this one a go if you want a delicious nut butter that’s vegan friendly.


  • roasted almonds
  • coconut oil (melted)


  1. Use the blank screen and turn your juicer on.
  2. Feed the almonds and oil into the juicer chute. Use juicer tamper to push the almonds through.
  3. Once nut butter is made, store in a sealed jar in the fridge.

    Thank you for this- I just got a cold press juicer and I am so excited to do stuff like this! Wondering about the shelf life of this kind of stuff? I know the juices only last 3 days at the most, but will nut butters like this last much longer, and do they need to be refrigerated.
