  • Organic bananas (as many as you want!)


  1. Chop banana into even slices, no thicker than 3mm
  2. Place chopped banana onto your Sedona dehydrator sheets and dehydrate on high, at 60 degrees, for an hour and then lower the temperature down to 43 degrees for about 23 hours.
  3. Take out when they are nice and crispy
