A super simple and hydrating Bloat Buster Smoothie recipe. It’s vegan friendly and refreshing, perfect on a hot summers day, and easy to make in your Vitamix!
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 banana
- 1/2 apple
- 1 whole cucumber
- 5 leaves fresh mint
- 1 slice fresh ginger (about and inch)
- 1 cup ice
- Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Use tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
- Blend for 45-70 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
- Stop the machine and serve.
