  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup brown rice (soaked and cooked)
  • 2-4 Medjool dates (pitted)
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
  4. Stop the machine and serve.
