Ingredients
- 125ml spring water
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 180g dark chocolate
- 3-5 sprigs rosemary (without stem)
- good pinch of rock salt
Method
- Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to high speed.
- Use the tamper effectively to press the ingredients into the blades.
- Continue to use the tamper whilst blending for at least 3 minutes or until steaming hot.
- Stop the machine and serve.
