Do you want a Fondue recipe with a difference? Experience the flavour sensation of combining salty and sweet with our healthy Chocolate, Rosemary & Sea Salt Fondue.


  • 125ml spring water
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 180g dark chocolate
  • 3-5 sprigs rosemary (without stem)
  • good pinch of rock salt


  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to high speed.
  3. Use the tamper effectively to press the ingredients into the blades.
  4. Continue to use the tamper whilst blending for at least 3 minutes or until steaming hot.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.
