Chocolate Topping Submitted by Claire Walters - Raw Blend

This is the perfect healthy Chocolate Topping Recipe to add to your raw desserts or homemade ice cream recipes.


  • 1 cup cacao butter melted (measured after melting)
  • 3/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 3/4 cup raw agave nectar or liquid sweetener or choice


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste


  1. Cut raw cacao butter into small chunks. Melt over warm water or in a food dehydrator.
  2. Stir remaining ingredients into melted cacao butter. Whisk until smooth. If it starts to cool down just place it over a low heat again.
