Monique’s Cinnamon Granola Clusters is the perfect breakfast recipe, and they are raw and vegan. This is the perfect addition to your smoothie bowl, on top of some coconut yoghurt, or mixed in with your favourite seeds, nuts and dried fruits for your very own muesli.


  • 200g rolled oats
  • 80ml filtered water
  • 50g rice malt syrup
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined
  2. Use a teaspoon to place small granola clusters onto the Sedona silicone sheet, on top of the Sedona tray.
  3. Dehydrate at 65 degrees Celsius for 2 hours then dehydrate at 43 degrees for around 8-10 hours.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
