Indulge guilt-free in our Cookie Dough Bliss Balls. They are a delicious vegan treat and are perfect for snacks, post-workout fuel, or tasty desserts. Infused with warming ginger spice, they’re a satisfying treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 250g rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp ground ginger
  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 110ml soy milk

Method

  1. Put all the dry cookie ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir together so mixture is evenly distributed.
  2. Add in soy milk, and continue mixing. You can use your hands!
  3. Create a large ball with the mixture, and cut in quarters, then each quarter into thirds, so you have 12 even slices.
  4. Roll into balls, and enjoy!

To Make Ginger Cookies

  1. Spread out evenly onto the Sedona silicone or teflon sheet in top of your Sedona tray. Use your hand or a cup to squash down into cookies.
  2. Dehydrate at 63 degrees Celsius for 2 hours then dehydrate at 43 degrees for around 10 hours.
  3. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • If the mixture is too wet, blend more oats into flour and add to your mixture.
