Dehydrated Brownies Submitted by Claire Walters - Raw Blend

Try these tasty brownies. You’ll never know they’re gluten-free and vegan! Super decadent and delicious, they’re sure to impress!


  • 1 1/4 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup coconut nectar or liquid sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 cup cacao or cocoa or cacao nibs (note: cacao nibs will be bitter)


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Place teflon sheets on dehydrator tray.
  3. Scoop out even brownie mixtures using a wet ice cream scoop or spoon.
  4. Set dehydrator to 63 degrees celcius for 3 hours.
  5. Set dehydrator to 43 degrees celcius for 12-14 hours.
