Try these tasty brownies. You’ll never know they’re gluten-free and vegan! Super decadent and delicious, they’re sure to impress!
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup coconut nectar or liquid sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup cacao or cocoa or cacao nibs (note: cacao nibs will be bitter)
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Place teflon sheets on dehydrator tray.
- Scoop out even brownie mixtures using a wet ice cream scoop or spoon.
- Set dehydrator to 63 degrees celcius for 3 hours.
- Set dehydrator to 43 degrees celcius for 12-14 hours.
