Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- Himalayan sea salt & cracked pepper to taste.
- water to thin it out if required
- Optional: Chilli for a kick
Method
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix really well.
- You can also use your Vitamix 0.9L wet container or food processer to blend.
- Will last for up to about a week in the fridge when kept in an air tight container.
