Garlic Tahini Dressing Submitted by Claire Walters - Raw Blend

Try our Garlic Tahini Dressing, perfect for dressing up salads and giving them a burst of flavour.


  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • Himalayan sea salt & cracked pepper to taste.
  • water to thin it out if required
  • Optional: Chilli for a kick


  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix really well.
  2. You can also use your Vitamix 0.9L wet container or food processer to blend.
  3. Will last for up to about a week in the fridge when kept in an air tight container.
