Here is my Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Flourless Brownies. They are high in Fibre, Omega 3,6 and 9, and contain hidden vegetables. Super easy to make!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cooked and drained black beans
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 1/2 cup rice syrup
- 1/2 cup almond spread
- 1/2 tsp bicarb soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- dash Himalayan salt
- 1 block Loving Earth salted caramel or Dark Chocolate (if you like it less sweet)
- 1 zucchini grated
Method
- Add beans, salt and egg to food processor or blender and pulse for 30 seconds. Add the mixture to a mixing bowl and add almond spread, bicarb, cacao and mix well.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix till it forms a paste.
- Line a bread tin with baking paper and pour the mixture into the baking tin, and cook in the oven on 180 degrees for 45-50mins.
