Ingredients
- 3 slices pineapple (with core)
- 1/2 Lebanese cucumber
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 cup mango (frozen)
- 1 packed cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 small handful mint leaves
- 2-3 cups ice
Method
- Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
- Use tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
- Blend for 60-90 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
- Stop the machine and serve.

Great blend
This is a great blend, since it has a string green component, the lime nicely off sets that. I really enjoyed this.

Beans!
Not usually a fan of green beans but we had some that were leftover from steaming so I gave it a go and it was surprisingly delicious!
