Green Curry Paste Submitted by Raw Blend

Our Green Curry Paste recipe uses fresh, natural ingredients full of fragrance and flavour perfect for your Asian inspired cooking.


  • juice of 2 limes
  • 4-6 medium green chillies (seeded)
  • 4-6 spring onions
  • 1/2 handful lime leaves
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 lemongrass stalks
  • 3 handfuls fresh coriander
  • 2 handfuls fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp ginger (freshly chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp ground coriander or seeds
  • 1 Tbsp cumin seeds
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp pepper and Himalayan sea salt


  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Use tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
  4. Blend for 30-60 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.
