Green Reviver Smoothie Submitted by Tommy - Raw Blend

Need a little pick me up after a big weekend, or just need a hit of nourishing, hydrating green goodness? Well then this is the perfect Vitamix smoothie for you!


  • 200ml organic coconut water
  • 1 lemon (peeled)
  • 1 banana (peeled)
  • 1 small slice ginger
  • 3-4 leaves cos lettuce
  • 1 bok choy
  • 2-3 small stalks thyme
  • 1-2 cups ice


  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Use tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
  4. Blend for 45-90 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.
