Healthy Frappuccino

Give this healthier spin on a Frappuccino a try for something different and guilt free. It’s delicious, decadent and perfect for a coffee hit!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 10 coffee beans (or sprinkle of ground espresso coffee)
  • 1-2 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 4-6 dates
  • 1 Tbsp rice malt syrup / honey or similar
  • 1-2 handfuls ice

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Use tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
  4. Blend for 60-90 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.
