Mango Berry Smoothie Submitted by Claire Walters - Raw Blend

Change up your daily protein smoothie with this Berry delicious creation. So easy to whip up in your Vitamix!


  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 mango (peeled and seeded)
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Use tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
  4. Blend for 45-60 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.
