Mango Hemp Bliss Balls Submitted by Tommy - Raw Blend

Our Mango Hemp Bliss Balls are simply delicious and a unique spin on normal bliss balls! These are the perfect amount of sweet and have the added benefits of hemp protein to keep you going all day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup dried mango
  • 2 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp hemp protein
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • fine desiccated coconut

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Turn to speed 6 and pulse 5 times for 3 seconds each time.
  3. Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  4. Use the tamper to effectively and quickly press the ingredients into the blades whilst processing.
  5. Blend for 45-60 seconds or until you have a nice dough consistency.
  6. Roll the balls in any fine desiccated coconut to coat and place on a plate lined with grease proof paper.
  7. Set the Bliss Balls in the freezer for about an hour and take out just before serving.
