Mango Zing Smoothie Submitted by Tommy - Raw Blend

Enjoy the tropical flavours of this fruity smoothie. The Mango Zing is quick and easy to make in a Vitamix Blender, full of vitamins and can be served any time you feel like a fruity boost.


  • 2 cups coconut water (use flesh if you wish)
  • 1 fresh mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1-2 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1-2 cups ice


  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Use tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
  4. Blend for 30-60 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.
