Tommy’s brand new soup recipe is perfect for winter. This creamy creation combines ingredients like parsnips, rich coconut cream, and crunchy pistachios for a balanced and delicious soup.

  • 1 1/2 cups of stock (Massel chicken flavour)
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 2 parsnips
  • 1/4 cup of pistachios
  • 1/4 apple
  • 1 spring onion stem
  • a few sprigs of thyme
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • herbal salt and pepper (to taste)


  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to the highest speed.
  3. Use tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades if required whilst processing.
  4. Use the Soup pre-programmed function, or blend for 5-6 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.
  5. Stop the machine and serve.
