Pineapple, Mint Green Tea Green Smoothie Submitted by Sonia Donaldson - Competition Entry

This refreshing green smoothie is incredibly healthy and quick and easy to make in your Vitamix Blender. Start your day with a fresh, minty flavour.

Ingredients

  • 300g of ripe pineapple
  • 1 pear
  • large handful baby spinach leaves
  • half a handful fresh mint (stalks too!)
  • 1/2 cup green tea (2 bags cooled down)
  • 2 tsp green superfood powder
  • large handful of ice

Method

  1. Chop up the fruit roughly and chuck everything into your Vitamix.
  2. Whizz the heck out of it. Make sure it’s all smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses. Enjoy!
