Treat yourself to the cosy flavours of our Pumpkin Spice Sorbet! Made with simple, wholefood ingredients, this vegan dessert is creamy, healthy, and packed with warming spices. Easy to make and absolutely delicious, it’s the perfect tasty treat for dessert lovers.

Ingredients

  • 200ml coconut cream
  • 1 butternut pumpkin (roughly 5 cups – cubed, steamed and frozen overnight)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select speed 1, turn the machine on and quickly increase to high speed.
  3. Use the tamper to effectively press the ingredients into the blades whilst processing.
  4. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Stop the machine and serve with a drizzle of coconut cream over the top.

Notes

  • Do not over-mix or the Ice Cream will begin to melt.
  • Ice Cream Rule = 1-part liquid or soft ingredients to 3 parts frozen ingredients.
