Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup raw cacao
- 1/8 cup liquid sweetener
- 2-4 Raspberries
Method
- Place all ingredients except raspberries into your Vitamix container and secure the lid.
- Select speed 1, turn the machine on and increase to speed 7, and blend for 10 seconds or until smooth.
- Stop the machine and pour into chocolate mold.
- Cut raspberries into small pieces and add into chocolate.
- Put in the freezer for 1 hour and transfer to the fridge. The chocolate should be set within 1-2 hours.
