Ingredients
- 1 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut nectar
- 4 Tbsp cacao powder
- handful shredded coconut
- handful brazil nuts (chopped roughly)
- handful almonds (chopped roughly)
Method
- Mix the coconut oil, coconut syrup, cacao powder and shredded coconut in a bowl until smooth.
- Line a small glass baking tray with some baking paper and sprinkle the nuts on the baking paper.
- Pour the chocolate all over the brazil nuts and almonds and then pop in the freezer for about an hour to set before serving.
- Keep in the freezer in between serves.
