- 1 cup walnuts
- 8 sundried tomatoes (soaked in water for 30min)
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1/4 red chilli (or more if you like your food spicy)
- 2 Tbsp virgin cold-pressed olive oil
- 1 Tbsp tamari sauce
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- sea salt (to taste)
Method
- Place all ingredients in your blender and pulse until the mixture becomes crumbly reminding grainy “mince” texture.
