Raw Vegan Mexican Taco Meat Dip Submitted by Mascha Coetzee

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 8 sundried tomatoes (soaked in water for 30min)
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1/4 red chilli (or more if you like your food spicy)
  • 2 Tbsp virgin cold-pressed olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp tamari sauce
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • sea salt (to taste)

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in your blender and pulse until the mixture becomes crumbly reminding grainy “mince” texture.
